Currently the Questions for Confluence default view is list of recently asked questions, can this be changed to get a view like topics wise?

On the banner section of this community portal, click on "Products" >> select "Confluence" >> on the landing page, you will find filters per date, per questions, per articles. Choose a filter of your choice and book mark the link to easily come back later.
