If you're trying to unsubscribe from Atlassian company-wide marketing communication, you can do so at their Email Preferences Center. Try visiting this link and log in with your Atlassian Account: https://preferences.atlassian.com/
If you're trying to unsubscribe from emails on a given Atlassian Cloud instance, you should be able to modify your settings by clicking your profile picture in the top right, then "Personal Settings". From here, you can edit your Email Settings by clicking "Email" in the left pane.
