Hi,
I have created a Confluence page which displwas open issues of JSM and I would like some other people to be able to see the issues (read only).
Manual I have used: Display Jira issues in a table | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support
Non agents get the message "No results found" where the macro should be displayed.
I guess it's related to permissions. Where can I change this without making those persons JSM agents?
Thanks!
Kay
Hi @Kay and welcome to Community!
The people who see "No results found", do they have product access to JSM? If you give them product access, but only browse permissions (not an agent role), they should be able to see issues but not work on them.
Hi @Laura Campbell _Seibert Group_
thank you very much!
How can I do this? I tried for example "Stakeholder" but it didn't work. It would be great if you could tell me more details. :-)
