How to set label rules per user within a space

Last year I found a setting in Confluence where it would apply a specified label if a specified user created a page named a certain way.

Frustratingly I now cannot find that particular settings area anywhere, could someone point me in the right direction please?

In the Confluence automation template library, there is one that sounds close to what you're describing: "Add specific labels when a page is published by a certain author"
