This is funny, never occurred to me you can't move some shortcuts.
It seems that if it's a link to a singular entity, website, Jira project, page, you can move it.
I couldn't move my 'Your work' link - not sure why - but the difference is that 'Your work''s page content is dynamic in the sense of content is created by way of tasks being assigned to me.
So I simply moved those that are movable around those that can't be moved. Not that the order matters that much in my case :)
