Like you can see on the screenShot:
"Nom de la personne" and "date d'approbation" got grey background color while edit mode.
Just to be clear what you have found is exactly the same solution. To display placeholder text in normal pages without making templates first, you can follow the steps I provided above. I have tested it and the end result is the same. Unfortunately I am not aware of an easier way to do this for normal pages.

Hi, I am not entirely sure but that looks like placeholder text for edit mode.
Use the Confluence Source Editor addon, edit the page, click the "<>" button and put the following code.
<ac:placeholder>This text will only be visible in edit mode
</ac:placeholder>

Actually The instruction Text area is available only while editing a blueprint, but you can't put instructions text while modifying the page itself (not the blueprint).
