How to get Profile Settings through Rest API

I am tasked with creating a program which use Rest to fetch information about users like active task, personal spaces, liked pages, etc... Yet what I cannot seem to figure out is how to find a users personal setting as in time zone, default homepage. I am also not able to find a users Email Subscription setting as well as their followers or who they follow. I would greatly appreciate it if any of you had a solution to one or multiple of these issues.
