How to export confluence pages and content to a PDF template?

Hi,

We built in our company PDF template with logo and information about us. We want that every time we export page or some pages, it will download in our template.

The text in the page can be regular, but the headline and the footer supposed to be as in the template. Is there any way to do it?

I'm not familiar with the "out of the box" PDF functions from confluence. But you can make a header or a footer in the confluence settings

• Costomize Export to PDF

If this isn't enough customizing for you, a plugin would be good. We use Scroll PDF Export and we are really happy with it.

I tried to divide the template into two parts (two images), and insert one image to the header and one to the footer but it didn't succeed.

Does the plugin meet my requirements?

If I understand you correctly, then yes, it's possible. The plugin supports almost everything you can imagine. A simple header and a simple footer with images are no problem. 

If you have any doubts, try it for free. 

But perhaps, your relativ easy request should be possible with the out-of-the-box features from confluence. Go to the "Global PDF Layout" settings and click edit. There you can reference to an image from any page.  See the "title page section" in this documentation
