How to establish cascading check boxes/multi select in confluence form? Part 2

I want to show below information on confiforms.

Application Supported: User should be able to select multiple applications.(OR condition among selected applications)

Related WebServices: User should be able to select related Webservices based on selected applications.

Application L3 Support: This field auto populates emails for L3 groups for selected applications.

Web Service L3 Support: This field auto populates emails for L3 groups for selected webservices.

All of the above four information are from our team's support matrix.

Question1: What is the best possible way/schema to store team's support matrix? Considering that we support around 100 combinations of Application and Webservices. Also it should be easy to update whenever there is a change in support matrix.

Question2: How to filter out all this information from support matrix?
