How to connect two instances (JSM - Confluence)

Hey!

We currently trying to improve our Service Desk and had the idea to separate our wiki for a second URL which our users could easily remember.

Now I don't see an option to connect the knowledge base from instance-a.atlassian.net to instance-b.atlassian.net. Is there any way to connect these two?

If not, what's the best practice?

Thanks in advance
Niklas

Hi @Niklas Zarnecke ,

Go to admin settings --> Products --> Application links. From here you can create integration to separate wiki

Hi @Rilwan Ahmed

thanks for your answer. I couldn't figure it out.. It seems like the system is trying to conncet between a cloud and a self-managed product.

I want to connect two cloud products. Am i missing something? All I achieve is this error message:

erroratlassian.PNG

Best Regards
Niklas

EDIT: I was looking at the wrong place, now it's working! Thanks!
