How to cache confluence servers located in different countries?

Malcolm Portelli August 23, 2012

Hi all,

My company has a number of confluence servers in different parts of the world, namely Europe, Asia and Australia. People have been complaining that accessing a confluence server in one country from another is very slow. That is, for example, when a user accesses the confluence server in Europe from Australia, pages take very long to load due to obvious latency issues caused by the large distance.

My question is, is there a recommended or standard way of caching confluence servers in the different countries so as to made response times quicker and make it easier for users all over the world to access these servers with little or no hassle?

Thanks.
