How to add "My Table", Button into confluecne page?

Hi,

I would like to add "My Table", Button into my confluecne page and like to save this as my customized template page and use in my confluence spaces. 

"My Table", will have the below column headers along with 2 empty rows.

Whenever user clicks the "My Table" button, we should able to get this pre-defined table format in a confluence page.

RequirementId    Description      BR       Impacted Modules       Review Compliance

With 2 empty rows, with the above column headers.

When user clicks the "My Table" button, whenever we would like to create a table in the above specific format, while writing a system design document in any confluence page.

Please let me know your inputs.

Hi @Manjunatha K R ,

this is not feasible in my opinion. Button will appear on view but it should automatically put page in edit view.
