How to add headings in sidebar

How do I add headings ONLY in the sidebar?  I'd like to organize my documents, not under other documents, but under a header. Such as:

Architecture

    doc1

    doc2

Design

    doc3

    doc4

It would help if you told us which version of Confluence you are using and whether you are using the Documentation theme or the standard theme

Hope it helps ya, man!

Cheers,

Giu
