How to add an Overview page

Most of my company's spaces have an Overview page built-in as part of the top-most navigation (not part of the lower page tree, but just above 'space settings' at the top). There is one space that does not have this page, and I'd like to know how to add it. I want it to appear at the top, not within the page hierarchy list.

I found the answer- it requires that you are a space admin. Once you are, you can go to space settings > Sidebar configuration, and then toggle on "Overview". For my space in question, it was toggled off.
