How have you changed the Style and Color of Head1 in Confluence Documentation?

I can't change the style and color of Head 1? How did you do it? Used an add-on?

You must define that with CSS like the following:

h1 {
color: green;
}

Enter that code to the PDF Export Stylesheet (to change the appearance of the PDF) or into a CSS macro (to change the appearance of the wiki page).
