I am giving edit rights to a list of people my boss gave me. When I look at the Restrictions window, it only shows me five people because of the window size. There seems to be no way to expand the page or list all the people. How can I see the list of all the people (around 20-25) with Edit rights? I need to verify that I have the correct people listed (and only them), and then I would like to send a screenshot of the list so my boss knows it's done correctly.
Hi All. I think I solved my own problem. It was of course user error. When I typed in the employee number the name would appear and I would click add and go to the next person. What I found was that was not correct. Even though the name appeared I needed to click on the User name ID combo before it would appear on my list. It's possible that this only the way our system is set up and no one else will experience it. But I wanted to add it here just in case anyone else had the same problem.
I wish I could provide a screenshot, but my company is very restricted. I have to ask the question on another computer because I'm not allowed to access the the confluence community on my work computer. Imagine this: The Restriction window is open. I enter the user ID in the text box. (KG1234). Then, under that text box, the full ID appears confirming I have the right person. (Kirk Gonzalez; KG1234). I click Add on the line of the text box. This was my mistake. I should have clicked on the full name and ID, then click add.

It might be easier to create a group with all people from the list and fine-tune both the Permissions and the Restrictions for individual pages.
Anyway..., depending on where you're looking on Confluence Cloud:
Page level
List of restricted pages and who can do what in Permitted user/group.
Space permissions, displaying individual users and their permissions.

@Kristian Klima Thank you so much for your answer. I will explore the Space Permissions... That looks very useful.
I was not seeing the list due to my own user error. (See my comment).

Assuming you're on Confluence Cloud: On the right side of the restrictions window, there should be a scrollbar that allows you to scroll down and view all users with permissions on the respective page. If the scrollbar isn’t visible, can you try opening Confluence in a different browser?
Hope this helps!

@Michel Neeser Thank you for your answer. Now that I figured out my own user error. I see why there was no scroll bar on the screen for me to see all the users. It made what I was asking not to made much sense. I appreciate your answer not making it seem like it was a stupid question.
