I'm trying to install the plug-in from within Confuence itself, but I don't see where.

OnDemand comes with a set of bundled plugins and it is currently limited to those plugins. A list of the plugins included in the bundle as well as the OnDemand plugin policy (with a note about future plans) is at the link below.
