How do I display team Velocity (from Jira Agile report) on Confluence Page

Leigh Zainal May 28, 2014

I want to display our scrum team's velocity, from the Jira Agile Velocity Report, on our team Confluence page. How can I do that, other than just embedding a link .... I would like for it to show like the Jira Issue plug-in does

It looks like you have to do a couple things.

First, you must establish an Application Link between your Confluence installation. Second, you'll need to add your JIRA gadgets to your Confluence installation. Once they've been added, when you are editing a Confluence page, you can Insert Macro and find your JIRA dashboard gadgets. I don't think there is a Velocity gadgets so you'll have to make due with the Classic gadget or some of the many other Agile gadgets. There is an improvement request to add a Velocity Gadget here:https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-10762
