How do I add a thumbnail image to the videos I upload into Confluence using the Add Image, Video...

How do I add a thumbnail image to the videos I upload into Confluence using the Add Image, Video or File option? When I upload the video, It just shows up as a black blank video player. I want it to show a frame of the video instead of a black blank video player.

It is not straight forward, you can refer this post and it is still unresolved
