Would like to gather feedback and thoughts on how could i best use Confluence Cloud to help me keep track of multiple projects at the same time. The key objectives I'm trying to achieve is:
1. to keep track of the status of multiple projects- ideally allow generation of report which shows the status of all projects, and deep dive further on projects which requires attention
2. to keep track of the milestones for each initiatives- this would be driven by the respective initiative owners, for escalation within the initiative team.
Currently there is already something in place for item no. 2, which allows the initiative owner to ensure the milestones are on track and tasks are assigned to team member via JIRA.
Please feel free to share any ideas on best practices and introduce other available features.
