How can I excerpt the lastmodified info onto a parent page after migrating to Confluence Cloud?

Ryan Fowler September 29, 2022

Hey folks,

We just migrated to Confluence Cloud and had our pages converted to the new editor.

In our previous Confluence pages, I nested the lastmodified macro inside of the excerpt  macro so that on the parent page I could use the Children Display macro to pull lastmodified out of each child page excerpt macro.

Doing this gave me a nice list containing links to child pages along with their lastmodified date/time so we could use the page as a single location to check if any changes were made on any of the referenced pages.

I know there's now a "Last Updated" section at the top of each page, but I don't think I can reference that.

Does anyone know if there's a different way to grab the lastmodified info and display it on a separate page?
