How can I add a second line to the title of an Expand macro?

I'd like to add a two-line title to an Expand macro, with "Click here to expand..." on the second line, possibly in a different font.

Front what I can see there is no option to allow a second line of text within an expand. I attempted to use wiki markup to do so and it is ignore due to it being rendered within the expand macro itself.

An option would be to create your own custom expand macro to allow for multiple lines.
