Have possible to access Office 365 Directory in crowd or Confluence server without Azure AD ?

Hi,

Have any  possible to access Office 365 Directory in crowd or Confluence server without Azure Active Directory ?

 I need to integrate  Office 365 user directory with Confluence server  now i am trying  to connect Office 365 with Crowd server via Cleito ODCC  but  we have only office 365 not have Azure Active Directory it's possible to connect Office 365 Directory without using  Azure Active Directory.  

have any other method  to archive this  without using Azure Active Directory ?
