No matter how hard we have tried we cannot pay their bill. We hired an IT guy who spent days trying to find a way to input our credit card details. He finally found it but payment was not taken and we were cut off.
They don't respond when you contact their billing department.
Their site is a massive morass of help pages without being able to actually get to twhere they say you need to go - a link would be nice.
They give an Australian account with US$ so if you don't have a US$ account you cannot pay that way.
How are they still in business if they won't let you pay them?
But billing support is unresponsive.
They have our data, they have shut us out and they are uncontactable. Calling the number is a joke, an endless recorded message and directions to their site.
What a disaster, what a debacle, my staff cannot access our procedures manaual and these clowns - an Australian company, have nothing but US$ accounts on their invoice, no Australian billing information, No Bpay, no Australian dollar accounts. By contrast we work with Docusign a US company that provides $AU invoices and Australian bank account details. These tools, these clumsy, messy, disorganised morass of a site they cannot manage that, nor can their billing department respond to emails.
When you try to input credit card details into Atlassian you need to click through a morass of circular links to find it only to be told, despite being an Admin that you are not the billing admin and the billing admin cannot find anywhere to plug in the details either and then when the details are finally located - after a fault is logged and plugged in the money is not taken out and we are cut off. Not read only access - fully cut off from our own mission critical data! I will never trust these swine again.
The whole platform is a freak show, the WeWork of the workflow. What a rort, what a bunch of long haired degenerate hippie clowns.
I say let Attlassian sink beneath the waves under the wait of its own sprawling messy, crappy serbonian bog of a site.
