When using an HTML macro to facilitate an iFrame, we get a blank box. We've used several URL's and none work, trying both http and https. Any suggestions as to how to get this to work?

Have you seen the HTML macro for Confluence Cloud: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/biz.artemissoftware.confluence.html.HtmlMacro/cloud/overview

That might work better for your usecase.

Yes, we have tried to the iFrame macro, but have run into the same problem.

How does one go about whitelisting the site?

Have you tried just the iFrame macro? And/or have you whitelisted the site?
