Getting unknown macro: 'anchor'

Hassan El Zein January 30, 2019

Hi,

I'm using Confluence 5.4.2 and lately I started seeing the error "unknown macro: 'anchor'" instead of the anchor macro I used to have, and I can't find that macro in the macros list anymore. I'm not sure what triggered this to happen.

Any advice?

Thanks.

Hi Hassan,

Another user in this thread recommended ensuring that all plugins are enabled.  Go to https://BASE_URL/plugins/servlet/upm/manage/all and verify that Anchor is enabled (you'll need admin access).

Good luck!

Hi Jared,

Thank you for your answer.

Actually the basic macros was disabled !!

I just enable it and it worked.

Thank you.
