I have status (Red/Amber/Green) and phase(Initialization/Planning/Execution/Closure) in my status report page for each projects. Ask is, I have to convert the projects with different status in a separate Pie/Bar chart and Project with different phase in a separate Pie/Bar chart. Can anyone help me how to do that?

Hi @Arun ,

If you are talking about Confluence tables, we can suggest trying our Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app.

You'll be able to reuse your source table as many times as you need using the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros.

Then you may use the Pivot table macro for each copy and count the number of each status and each phase (and anything else that you need).

The last step will be to use the Chart from Table macro on top and visualize your aggregated tables.

If you are not familiar with the app, please book a call with the team - we'll show you the case live.

And if by the "tableview" you mean Confluence databases, unfortunately, they can't be supported by 3rd party apps at the moment.
