Expand macro breaks page - side menu disappears (which also includes expandables)

Dear All,

Have you experienced any issues related the Expand macro? We have just discovered that with that macro on the page, the sidemenu disappears - and other expendables too, under certain circumstances. Tested in Chrome and Safari  (Windows, Google Chrome Version 114.0.5735.91 (Official Build) (64-bit, but also on Mac, in Safari 15.4)
