Error installing Confluence Evaluation 3.5.13

When I run the installation of Confluence Evaluation 3.5.13 setup, I get the following error message:

Error open file for writing:

C:\Program Files\Confluence Evaluation 3.5.13\confluence.exe Click Abort to stop the installation......

Any idea what is wrong. I have downloaded the software twice and get the same error each time.

Did you try running the installer as an administrator? Righ click on the EXE file and choose "Run as administrator"
