Error importing backup of old confluence site. I have the backup file from a couple of years ago. I went to settings | Import Site, selected the zip file. It uploaded and started to process. It got to 18% and I got this error.
There was an error during import. You can either try again or raise a support request.
I did try again and got the same result.
Used import space instead of site and it worked. Problem solved

where can i find this option import space ?
I tried changing the email address in the entities.xml to the new email address as well. That got me to 20% before failure.
