Enter a license key admin not known

Version: Confluence 6.3.4

I have renuewed the license and tried to paste new license key in my Confleunece. (Confluence Administration > License details) 

But I am 100% sure that I am pasting the correct license key but it comes up with a message saying "Enter a license key admin not known"

Any idea?

Hi there,

Can you show me a screenshot of what the error looks like? Just to confirm, if you obtain the license key from my.atlassian.com does the same issue occur?
