Empty page after copy

Hi, we have a problem after copying a page in confluence. The new page body is empty. This happens for all copy operations with different browsers. We can't see any logfile entries.

What can we do? Our Confluence Version is 5.9.8.

Hi Volker, do you have a test-instance? can you try to disable all plugins over the UPM (safe mode)?

as i too dont know which loggin you have to set high, i would go for "Log4j Logging" and set it to "Diagnostic", a grep for "copypage" should do the rest.

pleas be aware that it could cause high load and will "spam" alot into your logfile.

Hi, I have enough rights (sysadmin). The error occurs also when I create a new empty Page. I can only set the title, no body text. When I save and edit the page, I can work as usual. We have some Plugins installed. For what modul should I enable the logging?

what about customlayouts, macros or plugins?
