Drop down menus are stuck in down state and the buttons they hide cannot be reached

The drop-down menus are stuck down, hiding buttons (Edit, Add) beneath them. At least one keyboard shortcut is disabled, because I have tried to use e to initiate editing of a page. I have tried two browsers (Chrome and IE) with same result, and, another Confluence instance to which I have access is working fine for me.

Does this happened on another pages in another spaces in your Confluence too or was it specific to just a page in a particular space? What was the existing content inside that page e.g. flash macro?
