Draft overwritten by blank page

Issue: Yesterday I was working on https://<redacted>.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PROD/pages/edit/1234567 - and somehow when I hit save I overwrote it with a blank page and can't go back to automatically saved versions (collaborative edits are enabled)

Impact: Hours of compliance-related requirements work is lost; Maybe this was Chrome issue but autosave + collaborative editing was enabled (though no other colleagues were in the page) and viewing Drafts nor reverts have resolved

Environment Considerations:

• Browser - Version 78.0.3904.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• OS - MacBook Pro, software High Sierra build 10.13.6
• Confluence Hosting - Cloud
• User Type - Global Admin

Tried to resolve:

1. Revert to previous version (missing yesterday's work but has work from start - 25 NOV 19)
2. Went through browser history to grab draft IDs, goes to version I reverted to
3. Googled for insights, found these that didn't resolve:

4. Asked around my company in case I was missing something obvious - senior SRE suggested I contact support
   1. Submitted support ticket as P3
   2. Called support to which I learned there is none but a very nice Billing support specialist said she'd nudge the ticket
   3. 4 hours later, nothing from Atlassian, "escalated" to P2 (?)

If it's not possible it's okay but a timely reply would be appreciated.

Hi! Also had this issue. I'm a bit surprised there's no edit history for drafts especially since multiple people can edit a draft

I have the same problem. I have been working on a draft and then when I went into it the page is blank? I can't find my draft anywhere. Please help as I have lost a few days of work.
