Disabled user in Confluence

Hi All,

I met the following error: a user suddenly cannot reach anything in Confluence however he has all the permission.

I checked the user in the Admin - Manage Users menu and the user is disabled. I am the only admin, so nobody could inactivate him.

See the attached image, I have never experinced an error like this before.

Hi there,

May I know if you have integrate Confluence against any external user management such as JIRA or Crowd. If that is the case, there is a possibility that the mentioned user is disabled from the external user management side which will be reflected on Confluence side.
