Now, that How To Article has a bit of a different focus, rather than being about context-sensitive help it's about 'in-App Help'. We've written up a blog post to clarify the differences: https://www.k15t.com/rock-the-docs/misc/context-sensitive-help-vs-in-app-help-which-is-more-helpful

Currently, there's some extra work you need to do to ensure that the links you integrate into your product remain stable and resilient to changes. There are already a few things you can do today (e.g set up redirects or customize your URLs) and in parallel, we are also currently working on a feature similar to the Page Keys feature that we have in our Server apps.
