Creating a floating widget that generates random text

Hi Atlassian Community, 

How can I achieve to create a floating widget in my space in confluence. For example

a button that when clicked it will show a random text from an array. I tried to find the 

any tutorial from Confluence Developers but cannot find what I needed. 

Or is there any add-ons that I can use for this?
