Create an email group

I have a group of reviewers who do not necessarily know when I have created a new page or content and I want to be able to notify the group rather than having to select individual members each time I want to send an update

You could always create a user group with the necessary individuals included and use the page sharing feature.

1. Create a new Confluence user, such as abc@xxx.com.

2. This group of users share an email.

3. Use the ABC account to login to confluence and focus on space.
