Verify the available smart values in your environment, which may vary by version and configuration.
Useful smart values for this scenario include {{page.title}}, {{page.url}}, and {{page.body}}. Choose an appropriate trigger, such as "Page created" or "Page updated," with a condition to identify meeting minutes pages.
Lastly, be aware of content formatting. Including full page content ({{page.body}}) in the email may cause formatting issues. Consider summarizing key points or using a condensed version instead of the full content.
