Controlling the left nav sort order in Confluence

Can I change the sort order of my left nav items (in the Documentation theme within Confluence) from Alpha to whatever I like?

Under Space Tools you can try either reorder pages or configure sidebar. Depending on exactly what you are trying to do one of these should fit the need.
