Content by label - first item icon not aligned correctly

Hello,

I have several "content by label section" in my org's wiki space and every first item in each section has a misaligned icon.

They look like this:

Here's what the macro setup looks like:

Any idea on how to fix this? 

I'm open to suppressing the icons too, however, I kinda like them.

Hey Kyle, thanks for reaching out to our Community.As I understand, your resulting macro seems to have a off-center page icon. Is that correct?

Looking at the comparison you brought up, it seems that we are looking at two different states of the Macro:

• Preview
• Rendered

In Preview mode we have what the macro looks like before we render it in Confluence. In Rendered mode, that is what the macro actually looks like.

Is more recent versions of Confluence Server, this is what we see when we use this macro:

With the screenshots above in mind, could you tell us which version of Confluence are you currently running? I would like to try out the macro and check if the visual is the same as what you get.
