I would like to know what coordinate system is used for latitude and longitude in the Soalgis weather website API interface, whether it is WGS84 or another coordinate system

welcome to the Atlassian Community. This is a place where users of Atlassian products (like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Bitbucket, Loom, etc.) help each other.

If I guess correctly, you were probably coming from solargis.atlassian.net which seems to contain some public documentation from them.

However, I think, you won't find the answer you're looking for here. I'd recommend to reach out to their support team instead.
