Connecting to Jumpbox & conf cluster from azure

I followed above mentioned steps  to  connect azureJumpBox over ssh, but unable to connect to the conf cluster instance. I need to update my tomcat settings. can some one help me here.

I made a ping to the confcluster after doing the SSH to jumpbox it is working fine, but unbale to connect to the cluster.

my log:
