Confluence memory kept high and influences the function

At present, every time confluence runs for a period of time, it is found that the memory has been kept high, which eventually affects the use of the function. It can be solved after restarting. Please help to check the reason why the memory cannot be released.

Increase the JVM memory in server.xml file and also observe the resources for your VM in instance. 

Let me know if you have issues even after increasing the JVM Parameters

Shouldn't it be in setenv.sh (and not server.xml)?
