Confluence(cloud) takes a longer time to load pages

I am using confluence in cloud.

When modifying the page, next message displayed :

"It's taking longer than usual to load this page.

Give it a few moments, then try reloading. If it still doesn't load,

speak to your Confluence admin."

 

But above error doesn't occur in other people computer.

Is it related to computer or page or confluence cloud system?

Hello !

I got it sometimes. My best way is close it and looking it on draft. Open and working and publish it again. Hope it work for you

Sometimes, it works. But now it does not works.

 

I contacted the network administrator, but I got no answer.

 

So it is still not solved.

Maybe, you should try to use other web browser and test it again.

We tried to use other web browser(IE), but it does not works.

Anyway, we cannot edit page for 3~4days, but today we can edit page.

We did not change any newtowrk configuration and don't know the reason, then it works now.

Sometimes the confluence cloud has problem about internet connection and that why you get it. I think so
