Looking to use confluence for our QMS. Would like to be able to change workflows or approvers based on fields on the page. Is this possible?
For example. We have a table on each page in a page properties macro that looks like the table below. Is it possible to change the approver of the document to go through a "Person1" and "Human Resources" approver group based on the table vs a different page might follow the same type of workflow but go through "Person1" and "Quality" base on it's page properties table?
Document Type | Guidance Document |
---|---|
Document Number | AMER-GUI-HR-0012 |
Process Owner | @PERSON1 |
Functional Owner | Human Resources - Talent Acquisition |
Key Stakeholder(s) |
|
Regulatory Clause(s) | N/A |

Hej @Erin Nicole have you found a solution without an app? It would be great if you could share with us your current document approval process.
Thanks
Andreas

Hi @Erin Nicole and welcome to the Community!
Actual workflow management is not part of standard Confluence. The Atlassian Marketplace does, however, offer apps extending functionality in that direction.
Hope this helps!
