Confluence Access Permissions Configuration(about the Network)

Dear all,

Here are my current demands for Confluence Serve:

Space A: only permitted user in the local network(LAN) can get the access.

Space B & C: allow nologin users to access from the Internet(WAN).

Can it be realized？
