Children Display macro doesn't show rich excerpt anymore (version 7.19.7)

Hi community,

since the latest update from Confluence 7.13.7 to 7.19.7, the Children Display macro no longer shows the rich excerpts from its children pages. Instead, only the children pages' titles are shown.

Do you know why that's the case?

The children page contains an Excerpt macro with some text in it:

The parent page uses the Children Display macro, configured to show a rich excerpt:

Instead of the excerpt that was shown before the upgrade, the parent page now only shows the children page's title:
