Change Confluence Base URL

my URL is actually this one:

https://projektarbeit-fabi.atlassian.net

I want to change it to another one like https://mitfreudelernen.atlassian.net, I this possible?

I have contacted support and also asked for the renaming of Confluence URL.

The response was I have to create a post on the community here instead.

So basically there is no way of doing it?
