I am devastated, i signed in mistake for a free trial, got a mail saying a signed up for premium and no response from any support to cancel. please cancel with immediate effect.!

As I cannot do that imidately, I will guide you how you can cancel it from your side:

  • Go to admin.atlassian.com
  • Select your organization
  • Go to Billing
  • Select your Confluence subscription
  • Click on three dots and you should see cancel subscription
